Every application is manually reviewed by a recruitment specialist. If your resume aligns with the role, you’ll be invited for a brief internal vetting — via phone or video — to confirm your skills, clarify experience, and ensure you're a strong match for the client’s expectations. 

 Once vetted, your resume will be submitted directly to the hiring team for the job you applied for. You will be prioritized ahead of general applicants. We also follow up on your behalf and keep you updated if you're selected for interviews. 

Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and respectful of your time. We understand how frustrating it can be to apply for jobs and never hear back. That’s why we’ve built a model focused on communication, pre-vetting, and prompt resume handling.

To support our hands-on vetting process and active client engagement, we ask for a $10 application fee per role. This fee helps us provide the personalized attention each application deserves and ensures that serious candidates are prioritized.

Within 72 hours of receiving your application, our team begins the review. We assess your resume against the role requirements and may initiate a brief phone call or pre-screening interview. We may also conduct mock interviews if needed to better prepare you for client discussions.

Candidates who meet role qualifications are submitted directly to the client. Our staffing team follows up proactively to keep your application moving and updates you as soon as we receive feedback. We don’t believe in ghosting, and we advocate for communication throughout the process.

If the initial opportunity isn’t a fit, we retain your pre-vetted resume in our priority pool for 6 months. You’ll be among the first considered for similar openings without needing to reapply or pay again. This helps accelerate your chances of placement in future roles.
